This song is by a relatively new artist named Joshua Radin. I like to watch the sunrise, but usually I like sleep better. So I don't often see it, especially in the summer. But whenever I go on a road trip and leave before the sun is up, I long to see the first gleam on the horizon turn to golden hues as the sun peaks over the landscape. And I like to play this song because it reminds me that every day is new and a chance to be the person I want to be. No matter what yesterday was like, today is a "brand new day."
