Dreading the day?
Elder F. Enzio Busche (an LDS leader of the church) presented the following advice for living each day to it's fullest. I know some who have watched it daily to help them out of a bad time. I have printed up the words so I can look at them. He calls this a tool or a vehicle. Both are no good unless we use them. If today is not so bad, just keep this in your sunshine storage for a day when you can use it.
